Merchandise purchased in person (including textbooks) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that the product is accompanied by the original cash register receipt and is in complete, unused and unmarked condition, and is in the original (unopened) packaging. There are no refunds or exchanges on Final Sale, Special Orders, Custom Hoodies and other Customized products, Gift Cards, Access Codes (including ebooks and etextbooks), or Used Textbooks. This includes Text and other books from which the shrink wrap has been removed.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same product only within fourteen (14) days of purchase with the original cash register receipt.
Items purchased online or at the Woodroffe campus must be returned to Connections: The Campus Store in Ottawa.
Items purchased at Pembroke and Perth campuses must be returned to the campus store of purchase for a refund. The above conditions apply for all returns.
Products purchased online via the thecampusstore.ca website are subject to the same terms and exclusions as stated for In Store Returns.
Customers who would like to return product ordered online may send or deliver in person the product in unused and unmarked condition, and in its original (unopened) packaging to Connections: The Campus Store within fourteen (14) days of date printed on the cash register receipt to qualify for a refund.
If returning an item ordered online, please email Connections: The Campus Store with the reason(s) for the return.
Once we receive the product(s) you will be promptly credited by the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
